For anyone who remembers the Phantom from Infinum Labs, I really want to get this shirt.
It should make you chuckle.

Also what else has been up with my life? Not a whole lot. I've been getting back into WoW, just hit 34 with a new Warrior character on Mal'Ganis. I really like the PvP aspect, and never being truley "safe"; despite being ganked every other kill :P
There has been a lot of talk about the new consoles coming out and I am really excited/upset about this new generation. I am upset because they are already coming out with the new X-Box and the other two systems will be close behind next year.
I mean, I just got my PS2 for christ's sake :/ (I know I wasn't the fastest person to jump on that bandwagon).
I'm really excited about what's coming though.
Microsoft
I know they are trying to do something crazy with this system of theirs, but I think they are forgetting most people will want this as a video game console, not a "swiss army knife" kind of console. It can read just about any format you can throw at it and is supposed to help you streamline your entire digital media life.
I thought they already had a PC that did just that? Oh well. I hope they get some better games this time around; the only reason I considered buying one last time is because you could mod it out and just put every game known to man on it.
Sony
A lot of people are really looking forward to Sony next year, and even if they can't live up to the expectations, just like I told Bui they can always just go:
"Dude. We make the fucking Playstation."
They have a fanbase so large people will just buy the system to play the next Grand Theft Auto. I know I'm going to have to buy it to play the next Metal Gear Solid, which sucks because consoles cost a lot at their launch.
Too many people are hung up about the controller design. It's not the best looking thing, but that was only a prototype. If Sony is smart (see the "fucking playstation" argument) they will revise the controller to a more conservative look. In a way I hope they don't though, I kind of like how futuristic it seems.
And if anyone says they wont buy a console because of the controler apparently has never heard of 3rd party.
Nintendo
I have to admit I'm a bit of a Nintendo fanboy. I buy pokemon, I had a NES, I bought every gameboy except the pocket. The only thing I don't have is the DS. One because of money, another because I don't see it's potential just yet. I know with the Revolution they are planning a lot of shit but as of right now, it just seems like another Neo-Geo pocket, ready to fail and fade away.
We don't know much of anything about the Revolution, and despite my little rant about controler up there in Sony's section - I'm a bit mad they haven't shown the new controller yet. They say because their idea will be stolen and it it will really revolutionize how games are played.
Anyone else think:
?
I do trust in Nintendo, so far they are the only controler to only use analog sticks and only feature the d-pad if you really wanted to. This gives a much more percise feel in the games, one which I miss when I have to play another console.
But who knows, this is all really to early to see.
